Updated Carrot Weather Features a World of Widgets, Personal Voice Feature

One of the lesser-known features of iOS 17 is Personal Voice.

That allows you to create a digital version of your voice that is securely stored directly on your iPhone. The accessibility feature helps anyone with health conditions that impact their voice still communicate. You can tap to speak in your own voice in apps FaceTime, phone calls, and other third-party apps that support.

You can put that feature to work in the version 5.12 update of Carrot Weather. The app can speak in your voice, or any celebrity you might be able to impersonate.

And that’s far from all in the new version. The top-notch Apple Watch app has been completely redesigned to take advantage of the new design language in watchOS 10. You can easily switch between current, hourly, and daily forecast. Tap each section to see more details. Use the iPhone app to customize data points and more that appear on the watch screen.

The app also features a plethora of new widgets for StandBy mode on your iPhone, the iPad lock screen, and the Apple Watch Smart Stack

In the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, South Korea, and Japan, you can now track storms 60 minutes into the future.

Carrot Weather is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.

Anyone who downloads the app will be able to find weather conditions on an iOS device or Apple Watch, change Carrot’s personality, and search for secret locations. Access to any other features will require a subscription.

There are three subscription levels that unlock a wide variety of additional features.
