Microsoft Lumia 640 to be unveiled at MWC?

Looks like Microsoft is preparing to unveil a new Lumia smartphone at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The next device running Windows Phone may be the Lumia 640, targeting users in the mid-end of the market.

Rumored specs include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400 quad-core chip, 1GB of RAM, 5-inch 720p HD screen, 4G LTE connectivity and support for wireless charging via a dedicated cover, and 8GB of expandable storage.
