Nisshinbo JFET input op-amp | Electronics Weekly

The MUSES8921 is the new standard J-FET model in the MUSES line up. It is engineered to reproduce the original signal with exceptional fidelity, capturing musical nuance, ambience, and silence with lifelike realism.

The MUSES8921 is built on the  previous model MUSES8920/A and incorporating high-quality-sound know-how from flagship models.

Sound quality was elevated by thoroughly reviewing and optimizing signal and power paths and the placement of circuit elements, design refinements that contribute to greater transparency and spatial precision.

The device is engineered specifically for audio Nisshinbo JFET input op-amp | Electronics Weeklyenthusiasts and professionals with an ultra-low noise level of just 8.0 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz which ensures unmatched clarity in sound reproduction.

The total harmonic distortion is exceptionally low at 0.0004% at 1 kHz, providing crystal-clear audio purity.

Additionally, the amplifier’s high slew rate of 25 V/µs guarantees precise reproduction of high-speed signals. The device operates within a voltage range of ±3.5 V to ±17 V, offering flexibility for various audio setups.

The chip is available in an EMP-8-AN and DFN4035-8-GR package, suitable for use in small-sized applications.
