As its name indicates, the key feature of the MFi-certified 3-in-1 Extendable Stand with MagSafe is that its iPhone mount is height adjustable. The stand has three pull-out elements, which makes the height adjustable between 7.5 inches to 16 inches (19-40 centimeters). The MagSafe mount is tilt adjustable, too, making this stand great for using FaceTime on the iPhone.
The Apple Watch charging mount is not adjustable but displays the watch at an angle so you can see the screen. The charger for AirPods or other inductively chargeable headphone cases is located on the stand’s base, which contains steel to increase its stability, and a rubber coating on the underside prevents slight slipping away and table scratches. However, the stand is comprised of matte plastic rather than metal–it looks nice, but it could raise an issue or durability.
The iPhone can be rotated to portrait or landscape mode, which makes it ideal for video conferencing, FaceTime calls, and Standby mode. The vertical design makes it one of the most compact 3-in-1 chargers we’ve tested, taking up less than five inches of desk or nightstand space.
