After delaying One UI 7, Samsung has confirmed a regional, staged rollout of its Android 15-based update. While the company was initially silent on which devices would get it, the list is now growing, with more Galaxy phones and tablets officially confirmed.
Samsung Expands One UI 7 Eligibility
Earlier this week, Samsung confirmed the One UI 7 release date, but only for select devices, including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy A55, and its latest foldable smartphones and tablets. Now, additional older Galaxy models have been added to the list.
According to Samsung’s Singapore press release, the Galaxy S22 Series and Galaxy S21 Series—including S21 FE—are now confirmed to receive One UI 7. In the foldable lineup, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Z Flip 3 have also made the cut. Meanwhile, in the tablet category, Galaxy Tab S9 FE, Galaxy Tab S8 series, and Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will get the upgrade as well.
It remains unclear which generation of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite will receive the update, but it is likely the 2024 model, while the 2022 version, which launched with Android 12, remains uncertain.

Surprisingly, there’s still no confirmation for key Galaxy A series models, including the Galaxy A54, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A25, despite their expected software support for One UI 7.
While One UI 7 is confirmed for the devices mentioned above, official rollout dates haven’t been announced yet. However, Samsung is expected to start the update on April 7 for the Galaxy S24, Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, and Tab S10+/Ultra in South Korea and India, with the U.S. following on April 10 and other regions soon after.
Fingers crossed that the update rollout for the older models mentioned by Samsung Singapore also happens around April 10. Just keep in mind that the timing may vary by country and device variant.
