You can now have a conversation with the Carrot A.I. thanks to integration with the popular ChatGPT chatbot. And to make conversations even better, you can fine tune Carrot’s personality.
Choose everything from helpful, sarcastic, annoyed, or even a 1920s-era gangster.
Since the chatbot is powered with ChatGPT, you can ask almost anything and get an answer. Using one of the different personalities is also a fun and unique way to interact.
There are a limited number of messages for free. You can buy additional messages using the app’s Tip Jar and a number of options. It starts at a small $0.99 to to unlock 50 additional messages all the way to a $9.99 giant tip for an additional 500 messages.
Another additional feature is expanded, high-quality radar for most countries in Europe along wth Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Weather alerts are also now available in Canada, most countries in Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean. You can monitor multiple locations and add critical alerts and mute filters.
Lighting strike notification have also expanded to include Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean.
And in the United States, users can take advantage of additional NEXRAD Level 3 products like Storm Total accumulation so you can better track severe weather. That mode allows you to view radar in much higher resolution and with much quicker refreshes, both important when trying to see the path of severe storms.
CARROT Weather is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It can be downloaded now on the App Store for free.
Anyone who downloads the app will be able to find weather conditions on an iOS device or Apple Watch, change CARROT’s personality, and search for secret locations. Access to any other features will require a subscription.
