Midnight Alarm Leaves Apple’s Clock App in the Dust

But the new app Midnight Alarm leaves those options in the dust.

You can schedule alarms for later on specific dates or ever day during a range.

Another great option is the ability to change the alarm volume independently of the ringtone. For example, you can create a very loud alarm and a normal volume ringtone.

A time preview will allow you to see the time so you won’t accidentally set alarms for the middle of the night.

To make mornings a bit easier, you can also customize both the alarm ring and snooze duration.

The app also support Live Activities and home screen widgets. It even support Light mode as the default alarm is only Dark mode.

And there is an optional subscription for $1.49 per month or $24.99 one-time purchase.

Subscribers can take advantage of many other great features.

With calendar integration, you can add alarms for events with a single tap. It works with calendars from Google, Apple, and custom .ics subscription calendars. You can also create events in the app that will automatically sync.

Weather previews will show to conditions at the time when you set the alarm. Drag horizontally to see the weather update dynamically.

For better organization, you can group alarms into folders. A tap can turn all of the alarms in the folder on or off. Each folders can be customized with a color and name.

There is also a solar graph alarm background to use that uses information from the United States Naval Observatory.

In the next update, subscribers will also be able to download music directly from YouTube.

Designed for the iPhone and iPad, Midnight Alarm is a free download on the App Store now.
