Originally landing during the pandemic in 2020, Fitness Stats makes it easy to find insights in that important data.
Taking information from the Health app, it will calculate totals and averages across any data range. You can also compare stats across two different ranges.
Changing dates is fast and easy. You can select from presets like lifetime, last 7 days, a specific year, or a month. It also allows you to choose custom dates.
Here’s everything you can track with the app:
• Activity: calories, exercise time, steps, flights.
• Moving distance: walking, hiking, running, cycling, swimming.
• Workouts: running, hiking, cycling, rowing, elliptical, HIIT, pilates, strength training.
• Mind & Body Wellness: yoga and meditation.
• Sports: tennis, basketball, soccer.
With the app, you can easily see information like if you’re working out more this year compared to last.
And Fitness Stats has just been updated with a great new feature. Starting with iPadOS 17, the iPad is becoming a great way to view important activity information with the addition of the Health app.
Made for the target tablet screen, you can access today’s stats without having to change the dates every day. You can also tap and expand any state row to compared tats for the current week, month, and year with the last 7, 30, and 365 days.
Fitness Stats is for the iPhone and iPad. It’s a $4.99 download on the App Store now.
If you previously downloaded the original version of the app, you’ll need to make a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all of the app’s features. You can choose from three flexible price options: $2.99, $4.99, or $9.99.
