Live Updates CES 2025: Nvidia follow-ups and Linda Yaccarino’s keynote as the show floor opens

ICYMI on CES Day One: Exoskeletons, self-cooling gaming chairs, and more

The show floor is officially open after yesterday’s extensive rundown of reveals from Nvidia, Samsung, Sony, Toyota, and other major companies. Now it’s time for the rest of the CES exhibitors and participants to take a more prominent position amid the sea of reveals.

Razer’s had more wild CES reveals in the past, but the company still has a new concept to show off this year: a gaming chair that can warm, or cool, your keister. Like past Razer concepts, only time will tell if this actually hits the market or remains a tech conference oddity.

After two successful rounds of crowdfunding, netting nearly $5 million on Kickstarter and $1.6 million on Indiegogo, the Meticulous smart espresso maker is on display at CES. Check out why it costs $1,350 to preorder right here.

A number of companies are pursuing the potential of robotic exoskeletons, and German Bionic unveiled what it claims to be the “most powerful” yet, with 80 pounds of dynamic lift assistance. For the layperson, that means lifting 70 pounds would actually feel like lifting 9 to 11 pounds, though pricing and availability remain unknown at this point.

And then there’s the (partial) resurrection of RadioShack. Once a staple of the retail scene, RadioShack’s rights were purchased by Unicomer Group in 2023, and the plan for the brand has been revealed: It’s turning into a brand for consumer electronics.
