Sugar, Calorie Tracker SugarBot Arrives on the Apple Watch

The app allows you to log your intake of sugar and food. It provides a micronutrient analysis for a complete dashboard of your food intake. It also uses dietary guidelines to build smart recommendations for a healthy diet.

A recent update has added the app to the Apple Watch. That allows you to see your daily intake and even add in food.

SugarBot is designed for the iPhone and Apple Watch. It’s a free download on the App Store now. To unlock the app’s functionality, you’ll need a subscription that’s $2.99 per month or $29.99 yearly.

SugarBot Plus subscribers will receive the ability track sugar, food logging, and insight monitoring to help you better understand what makes your numbers go up or down like eating different foods or being physically active.

Developer Majid Jabrayilov has also been busy updating one of his other health apps—CardioBot.

Version 5.9 has added a new stress monitoring section. The app uses your heart rate variability captured on the Apple Watch to measure your stress levels.

With a lower HRV, you might be under more stress that with a higher HRV. A higher HRV also shows better cardiovascular system health.

The app can also do much more. It provides detailed data about your heart rate data so you can improve your lifestyle.
