Recently the iOS 12 Beta for the public was released for iPhone, iPad and iPod users to download the latest features free of charge.
For those who desire not to wait until September for the final version of iOS 12, the public beta version is now available for download. This version will probably be less problematic than the developer’s earlier beta version, those who decide to use the beta version should keep in mind this is still unfinished software and might want to proceed with caution.
Some of the new features users can expect from iOS 12 beta are enhanced performance, older iPhones are expected to run 40 to 70% faster, Screen Time which will allow users to see how long the device is running and for what, users can also set time limits for themselves and for their children. app launching should be 2x as fast, keyboard display should be 50% faster, 70% faster swiping to Camera from lock screen, FaceTime calls will allow up to 32 participants at one time, new Animoji, a redesigned App Strip which takes up less space, improved Portrait Lighting, Add To Siri which can create shortcuts to the users daily routine. These are just some of the new features users can look forward to with the iOS 12 beta, the final version is expected to launch in September.
